Gaming will be dead for a lot of people.  Especially if the choice is do I eat this week? or do I buy a game?

Definitely will be dead for me. I either wait for a game to go on sale or am insanely selective over what game I get when it launches. 

Just for my family alone groceries are about $120/week give or take. Prices go up too high and I'll just be sticking to my collection of emulated games.
