Love seeing more people mentioning making the next Xbox a Windows machine

I'm not crazy!

Stripped back Windows OS running a custom version of Windows, call it Windows Gaming. Selling it at a profit would probably be fine. Allow the option of Steam on this machine. Merge the Xbox and PC stores into one store. They'd be next to no effort in a developer having to "port" a game because they're all already on PC. Transfer our digital licenses over to this new store. Basically just making another Xbox Console except it's using a custom Windows OS now and if I could also access Steam from that, I'd definitely be interested.

Make Windows actually interesting again.

I'm hoping this is the way they go assuming they are even thinking about doing this - just hope b/c is involved with Xbox and Xbox 360 titles, make it where their library is the only library that has these specific games.

Actually not sure if transferring licenses would be viable now that I said it but MS could definitely do it for at least all the IP that they own.

Third parties tho might tell Microsoft to get stuffed and demand people rebuy their games, Lol.
