Had a similar issue with Office 365 subscription (10 years ago?). I subscribed voluntarily but it never showed up on my account and I couldn’t cancel the sub when I decided it wasn't for me anymore.
MS support couldn’t help, I was being charged month after month (small amounts) and eventually, I gave up and deactivated the card and got a new one issued. I was looking into changing banks back then as well so it motivated me to get it done shortly after
