Jumpin said: I’ll stamp that as “I’m interested” too. I think The Rock as a guest referee would be fantastic - I’m thinking involvement like a reverse Austin-McMahon WM17 situation (with the McMahon role cast as a referee) where The Rock would do a heel turn type thing - and the crowd wouldn’t turn on The Rock either, it would be like Flair or Taker where no matter how horrible their heelish action, the crowd won’t stay angry for more than 15 seconds . But, given some additional thought, I’m wondering if Triple H will ever have another match (given his health situation) and if there’s be any interest in resurrecting one of the biggest rivalries in the history of WWE? Because of the new power dynamics in the company, there might be an interesting story there. It would also be great if they did some factional stuff again, like The Corporation/McMahon-Helmsley regime in the Attitude era. |
Eh... HHH is one of my favorites and it would be cool to have him in one last match, but dude has a pacemaker and implant defribrilator. There's not a whole lot of research done for obvious reasons, but it's generally recommended not to do vigorous sports, and especially contact sports. Especially with him being 55 to begin with... I don't see that happening.
