Thought the women's rumble was really good. A few nice surprises, and a lot of really good moments. Great way to debut Jade Cargill. Some spots didn't quite work the way they should.

The men's rumble... kind of meh. It got good at the final four. But I honestly can barely remember any of it before then. Not really any surprises, returns, legends... etc. Smart to have the end with the four people who actually had a chance. It was a good choice to have Punk and Cody have a lengthy back and forth at the end, although Punk was looking pretty gassed. It was a long match and he hasn't wrestled much recently.

Cody winning should means he faces Roman at Mania. There's no logical way to have him choose anyone else. Maybe they jam the rock in for a three way, but I'm thinking more likely not.

If The Rock is going to be involved in any way, it should be in Cody's corner to even the odds against Solo and the Bloodline so that it's a straight one-on-one between Cody and Roman. And they can use the loss as the fuel for Roman to go over after The Rock because he'll blame him for getting involved in his business and ending his historic run. This does not need to be a three way. Cody has his own beef and story just like Rock has his own beef and story with him. They got no business with each other and Rock/Roman doesn't need the title. They can do that match some other time. Stick to the plan they were building towards since last year and have Cody and Roman one-on-one with Cody finally finishing his story.

Yeah I can see it. Maybe the Rock as the referee, and the tribal elders have sent him so Solo and Jimmy won't be able to mess with him. Definitely agree they should do a one on one match but given WWE's history I'm just a wee bit skeptical.
