At this point, might as well just partner with LRG for all future Xbox releases...Give LRG a better cut and let them handle all of it, still gives people the option, does look like Xbox is going all digital now though, not sure I expect Hellblade II or Indiana Jones to get a physical release.

Well, if the Xbox is going all digital what would be the point of LRG? There would be no physical option on the Xbox system.

Depends if they do an optional disc drive or not.

I have to wonder, who the fuck decided to move from Unreal Engine to a mobile based engine? That person is responsible for this, I don't think I've seen such a baffling engine decision. Unreal Engine can't support 100 players on a large map, so they decide to instead use a mobile engine? And surprise surprise, the engine is a disaster.

Was that really the reason they switched? Because I mean... Fortnite?

Apparently.

Odyssey was originally prototyped on the popular Unreal Engine, from Epic Games Inc., but Blizzard executives decided to switch, in part, because it wouldn’t support their ambitions for vast maps supporting up to 100 players at once.

Maybe their makes were far larger than Epic's, Lol. Or maybe it was just because it did more stuff? Don't really know.
