This week's list shows that software took a huge dive across the board. Huge drops for Overlord and Darkness were expected, but not as bad as they were, with both flirting with -70% decreasses. Darkness should hit 300k, and Overlord could hit 250k before everything's said and done, but lets hope they don't keep tumbling.

The oddity: Guitar Hero is #2. It climbed up from #5, with a small drop, to re-take a great spot on the list.

Small drops were observed in FM2, Bigs (which is odd), and a decent, but still large, drop by Transformers and Dirt. GRAW 2 increased unit sales by nearly 2k week over week. GRAW2 could hit 750k before it dies, or even more. RSV continues to do very well, as well as FNR3, and GOW.

Milestones: GH2 hit 900k, and will hit 1m in 4 weeks. FNR3 hit 1m finally, Dead Rising finally hit 750k, Oblivion hit 1.2m (and deserves it), Crackdown hits 800k (and is almost out of gas @ 4k in weekly sales), Lost Planet hit 725k, and TMNT hit 100k.

Japanese questions: With no new games, can 360 s/w stay above 7500 units for the week? Will the 360 h/w stay above 2500, or keep plummetting to the worst levels of the year (2000?). The biggest question is where Trusty Bell ends up at. It had a decent last week @ 3700 units. Can it get above, or below, 2000 units for the week? 2500+ would be the best case, and 2000 or below would mean it'll wind up with 70k or less.

No real changes in Japan, as #1-5 stay the same. Software sales were down around 30% from last week, which is decent considering no new games were out. Trusty Bell and Saints Row had decent holds for their respective weeks, and Dead Rising continues to do very well.

I would expect end totals to be: Trusty Bell with 85~90k, Saints Row with 17.5k, Dead Rising with 85k, Forza Motorsports with 30k, Blue Dragon with 205k or more, and the rest changing minimally.

Trusty Bell also just overtook Lost Planet for #7 on the X360 overall charts. Next up is DOAX2 at 63k. It should hit this number in 2 weeks, barring any unforseen things.

Next week, Project Sylpheed releases in the US, and GRAW 2 releases in Japan. Expect PS to bomb pretty bad in the US around 15k, or so. GRAW could do moderately well, and wind up with around 10k for it's first week, akin to RSV. Hardware should stay the same in Japan due to GRAW 2 helping slightly, and US should go up a little bit.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
