If you want the best of the best, you have to pay an extra for it. And Nvidia knows that.
Also, it also shows that watercooling parts have become more and more expensive with the years, to the point of making it less attractive than ever... at least for GPUs. If you go with an Intel i9 or a R9 7950X, watercooling is an option to keep in mind (for different reasons).
