Which system made the biggest comeback? PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch?

If we lump 3DS with Wii U then do you lump up PSP with PS3 and Vita with PS4? Then PS4 and Vita didn't come back but lost market share. 82 million PSPs to 14 million or so Vita's?
