Nah, it's the Super refreshes of the high end 4000 cards. WHile it was a rumor back then, there's been other leaks that have confirmed it: https://videocardz.com/newz/nvidia-geforce-rtx-40-super-launch-scheduled-for-january-17-24-and-31-with-rtx-4070-super-leading-the-way
