does every game get dropped down in average by unknown sites?

Sites like Netjak, Gamers365 and Christ Centered Game Reviews drop some really bizarre review scores which is why I find it difficult to trust meta-review scores at all. Personally, I just check fairly trustworthy sites like IGN, 1UP, etc...
