Russian MP Vitaly Milonov has declared that Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions will be included in the Russian constitution as a result of the war.

He also mentioned Zaporizhzhia region, which has already been included in the Russian Constitution.
