Xbox isn’t getting any major publisher going forward. The chances of approval are insanely slim after ABK. It’s interesting as soon as the deal closed, Xbox’s marketing started blitzing out of nowhere lol.
So I’m betting on Xbox just going all out on marketing while releasing their upcoming games and further integrating ABK, including releasing their games on GP, over the next couple of years and ensuring their consistent new releases.
There’s some studios like Certain Affinity that always works with Xbox that they could purchase, but not much else other than shoring up their relationships with Square Enix and more partnerships with Japanese studios in general.
