Strategies might work if they are based on a simple triad - ends, ways and means:
- Russia stated its end - wiping out Ukraine.
- Kyiv also declared its endgame: liberating all of 🇺🇦.
- Only the West doesn't have a declared end state: as long as it takes - is not a strategy.
