No joke though, being a Total Tech Member is freaking amazing if you're going to be making a lot of purchases. Yeah, I dont really buy that much - usually make purchases from Best Buy like during July 4th or the holidays.

But ya, they have to be bleeding money especially since they downsized the service to not include installs (which I think that was changed a year ago or so).

I think at this point BB is just trying not to be the next Frys Electronics, Circuit City, Toys R Us, Sears, etc lol

Yeah, then it would definitely not be worth it to have. I think they only do 50% off installs if you're a member (at least that's what they said when I scheduled the Washer/Dryer install).

Lol, I do hope they don't end up being the next failed electronic store as I actually really like them!
