Anyway, NateDrake (an insider) explained that this is a Microsoft Perk, not a Game Pass team decision, so that's why Phil didn't know about it, whoever handles the overall Microsoft employee benefits decided to take it away, it'll be in the same stuff such as medical coverage and whatnot.
