Xbox doesn't officially recognise the 2nd party term, to them it's either 1st party or 3rd party, so if they own the IP it's 1st party whether it's a studio owned by them or not (not talking about the studio here but the IP). For studios it's either we own them or we don't. So if say Kojima's title were to be in this showcase they would say they have 1st party in the showcase.

Well Xbox are idiots jk that's odd though since the 2nd party term is an official term in the gaming industry, but I guess that's not the case here with Xbox and Kojima.
