With Rollercoaster Tycoon gone (and no Everquest) my vote goes to my 3rd favorite, Age of Empires 2. Best of the series and prettiest isometric game there is. Homeworld brought the innovation and I would love to play a modern version, yet AoE2 worked better and I'm more of a fan of base building which Homeworld lacks. Plus AoE2 stood the test of time, original Homeworld needs work.
