Also it was very refreshing to play an AC title which I could 100% in 20ish hours and not have to run around a massive map collecting thousands of useless objects and weak objectives to pad the game out. I also liked feeling like an actual assassin again. Although the story was meh (at least it had no modern day shit) and the parkour was stiff, it definitely like an expansion turned into a full game, which it was so it feels a bit unfair to the team.

Honestly wouldn't be opposed to them (this team) doing more traditional AC titles in the future alongside the RPG titles, I can't be arsed with a 100+ hour AC title every year which it seems they're going to try to get back to, alternating between traditional AC and RPG AC seems like a nice idea to me. I want to see what they can do with an AC title which isn't just DLC ripped from Valhalla and expanded.
