So, Mass Effect 3, Star Wars Fallen Order. Guardian's of the Galaxy. FF9. Ghost of Tsushima, Borderlands 3, Prey, Uncharted Lost Legacy, Persona 5, Sackboy's Adventure, FF7. HFW. R&C:RA, Kena. DA:I (again)

This has been a while.

So. Baldur's Gate 3.

This is literally, like 5 mins ago, credits are currently running.

Wow, that was long, a month and a half and guessing based on choices, barely scratched the surface with the game. Overall, I'd say it's a great 8.5 or 9/10. Very fun enjoyable if not frustrating at times. Played on medium, 80 hours.

First story, pretty good and expected twists etc. I chose not to do certain paths saving those for another run maybe when I have time. Act 1 was good, Act 2 great, Act 3 such a slog. It felt like there were less 'options' in the 3rd act but still good.

Gameplay, explorations and customisation are out of this world, are more than DA can offer but then it is 15 years since. Combat was decent but found myself just using my class (ranger with bow) more than anything, not even using all the arrows I had but they came into effect well later). Felt like there was a dependence on a healer which means Shadowheart was a must, some times her entire turn was just heals.

Issues, so it's a great game but... So first, mid act 2 the level seemed to halt, I was level 7 for ages. Took me ages to get to a level I could get to so I could beat Act 2 end boss. After act 2 boss fight you can't travel back to act 1 areas and there was something I wanted to do there, so couldn't. Once in Act 2, you can go back to act 1 but once in 3 you are stuck, didn't feel good.

I had to look up what to do 4 or 5 times, legit got in situations just didn't understand. And apparently i missed an entire companion

Lastly, the sex... what sex? I was promised sex but the character I liked didn't want nooky. People lied to me.

I think I'm going to play something far less intense next, like Peppa Pig.
