I will join the people who vote for Panzer Dragoon Saga! Probably my favorite rpg of all time. Amazing story, unique fighting mechanics, no padding. The graphics, while dated actually add to the fantastic atmosphere. It’s a disgrace that the game has not been made available for a broader audience.
Ocarina of Time is a close second place. Still imo the best Zelda game to date, with exceptional dungeon design and a solid story.
Half-Life is also among the best games of all time. What a year!
