Microsoft Drops Non-Compete Clauses
Irrelevant though because Zenimax is a limited integration company, Mikami's contract (and thus any non-compete clause he has) will be with Zenimax.
Zenimax employees don't even have the same employee benefits as Microsoft employees, this was an issue mentioned recently.
This is a Zenimax non-compete, so it suggests nothing as to where Mikami is going.
