Ah yes. The announcer. We had a Dutch version of that. I'll never forget him shouting "HET IS BETAALDAG" 
("It's pay-day").
Bullfrog was great in its heyday. I just voted for Theme Hospital, another Bullfrog game from the same year. I loved how in the intro cutscene of Theme Hospital, the Keeper guy is sitting on a bench. EA ruining Bullfrog, was one of the biggest reasons for my hatred towards EA and why I've never bought a game published by them ever again. Them ruining Maxis was the other.
