Activision talking like the deal is already done, Lol.

Anyway, no Modern Warfare III isn't a surprise because of the Sony deal so Activision won't want people avoiding buying it to wait for some Game Pass drop that isn't going to happen for years. No Diablo IV this year is odd though, I'll guess there is a lot of logistical nonsense to get through first, things like Windows Store ports, BattleNet to PC Game Pass integration, etc. Maybe they want the PC Game Pass drop to happen at the same time as the Xbox drop.

It could also be a simple case of Activision protecting their business and putting this tweet out there so that nobody avoids buying their games waiting for a Game Pass drop, not really sure otherwise why Activision would tweet like this, they aren't owned by Microsoft yet, so it's a bit odd, Lol. The tweet also seems to only be talking about recently released titles so maybe they'll still be a large drop of old titles before the year is over. Tweet feels like a "please still buy our games" Lol. I'd be shocked if no ABK titles drop into Game Pass before the year is over.

I think it's fine to wait for Diablo IV a few extra months, not like it's launching into Game Pass, but Crash Team Rumble's only chance of survival at this rate is Game Pass and even that is unsure, that game absolutely needs Game Pass ASAP to stand any chance. I'd be fine with waiting a few extra months for things like Diablo IV if they want to align it with PC Game Pass/Xbox Game Pass but I'd be baffled if the older stuff takes into 2024 to launch into Game Pass. At the end of the day, a little extra wait won't be the worst thing in the world but a bit frustrating, what matters most is that future titles launch day one into Game Pass (aside from games which have a marketing contract with Sony).
