It feels like a fair few Forza reviewers aren't realizing that Forza Motorsport is racing sim, while Forza Horizon is arcade racing

I'd say the disconnect started as soon as Horizon 3 breached the 90 barrier:

Basically when Forza Horizon became mainstream.

Or would we say that was Forza Horizon 4?
