Pretty obvious that Bobby is leaving, otherwise he would not phrase it as "I've committed to MS for as long or as little as they need me to help with the integration." and would instead say "I've committed to MS for as long or as little as they need me" He is clearly saying here that he only plans on sticking around for the integration.
And maybe he wants to go, but I also think Microsoft wouldn't want to renew his contract anyway.
