Are they talking about in-game Vsync or Control panel variant?, because I stopped using in-game Vsync options years ago (mostly because devs still can't get their own versions to work, if at all).
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
