I missed what the post above this said, probably for the better.
A little update, haven't heard anything back from Google nor Cloudflare nor Spam division. Just checked, problem is still there.
The links ending in .de and .pl are fake links.
Dunno who this svennoi Bezopasnosti is, now I'm linked to Putin as well lol.
Anyway my real name is untainted, that pops up my linked-in profile, patents and zoom info. I just hope that bot never scrapes our county's council feedback pages which is the only place I post with my real name. Not that that gets anywhere

Not surprising when their Thank you page for submissions reads "Replace this text", small town living :)
It seems Reddit is the target of that bot so I can look forward to PSVR2 and TotK fake links in the future :/
