I can agree that it was easier to turn out games back than. As great as Sea of Thieves is it isn't making or breaking the Xbox, without Rare, the N64 may have sold less than Gamecube and Nintendo might be third party right now if not for Rare keeping them going back than. Without GoldenEye being the first major 1st person shooter on consoles to really take off, we might not have gotten the First Halo game when we got it, as there may not have been a lot of interest in the first person shooter experience at the time.
