I've no doubt some has changed, some of these documents are from 2020, I doubt their Series X Digital has changed.

I'm 50/50 on their next gen console plans because xCloud has been a total fail and regulators have muzzled Microsoft in that area for the next 10-15 years. We could still have a console which has some sort of inbuilt Cloud features to enhance the experience but I don't know if it will be as much as whatever their previous plans were.

Still hope it's ARM.
