Satellite imagery indicates that the Project 636.3 Improved Kilo-class submarine 'Rostov-na-Donu' has been damaged beyond economical repair i.e. destroyed.

$2.5m Missile vs $300m Submarine. It's also Russia's first submarine loss to active combat since WW2. It's 1/5 submarines that Russia currently has in the Black Sea. This submarine was reportedly the launcher for the Kalibr missile strike on Vinnytsya last year which killed 20+ civilians.

If the drydock is fucked too then that will be even more important than losing the submarine, it's the biggest drydock in Crimea, they have others but all the way in Russian territory Port of Novorossiysk. But the dry docks in Novorossiysk are floating dry docks, and, by design, they are far less capable of efficient handling of battle damage or major refits.
