As Mimas is tidally locked to Saturn, the planet stays visible on the horizon, moving a bit because of the inclination of Mimas' orbit.

What happens in #Starfield if you stop your ship in space in front of a planet and stay there without moving?

Will the planet move on, continuing it's orbit around the sun?
