AI is abused to no end, I very much now think this came from some AI spam bot.

It's auto generated links, linking to local spam based on your location (serving up local porn chat sites etc), with descriptions scraped together from various posts and websites. There's things there with my name attached that I have never posted, dated as well which traces it back to me posting about Road96 on Reddit.
AI sucks. This deepfake shit is going to cause a lot of problems.
