I ventured out onto Mars and got a fuckin illness, was coughing throughout the time which was super annoying. Couldn't find a vendor to heal so I traveled to another planet and found one, stumbled across another faction and more quests... amazing!

Are we cool to post non spoiler tips here? I was also having a hard time with negotiations as well, finally got my first two checks, but had to reload.
