Was good to go probably but the late decision by MS makes it impossible to launch on the same day, calling manufactures to print the games and ship to stores around the world takes time.

There is no physical copy of Baldur's Gate 3 in the West for PS5. The only physical copy that exists is a Japanese exclusive version release to be published sometime later this year by Spike Chunsoft. If PS5 isn't getting a physical release then Xbox sure as hell isn't.
