Some XBLA recommendations: Ikaruga, Assault Heroes 2, Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3, Castlevania, Super Puzzle Fighter 2, Rez HD.
As far as I know, you cant download while playing online, but maybe check the console settings in the last blade to see whether you can turn background downloads on or something.
You wouldnt want it to compromise your online gaming though. The download speeds are really high so it very well might.
