I think they have to allow for public comments and that takes 7 days.
Idk why as I'm a bit confused by the whole thing now but Idas thinks it could be closing late September-Early October now...If I understand it right, I think Idas is saying Microsoft will offer to pass it now without the divestment but with the EU commitments, the CMA will refuse and say they need the divestment and then Microsoft will offer it and then a Phase 1 investigation into the divestment will happen...
Idfk anymore, I've given up, I'm just expecting this to close in October now, Lol. Every date is wrong, might as well go with the latest possible.
I'm done! I'm a defeated man! I can't be bothered anymore, latest possible, no disappointment, Lol.
