Slightly higher densities on N6 vs N7 though.
N6 has a transistor density of 114.2.
N7 has a transistor density of 91.2-96.5.
Real world improvement (Once you start to account for patterning etc') is about 18%.
Uses the same design rules so design porting is easier.
N6 does use EUVL which reduces the number of exposures for multi-patterning though.
The 6600 is built on a 237mm die verses the 7600's 204mm die, so it should be relatively cheap to manufacture... Shame the price doesn't reflect that.
