IIRC Sony's marketing deal is for 5 years so I'm going to assume the COD's released in the past 5 years can't come to Game Pass but the others are free.

Although there was an email between Jim and Phil where Jim essentially said there's no point in them keeping the marketing agreement once Microsoft acquires them, I'm going to assume that is partly because Sony will be advertising for a rival's videogame, maybe also because of the special contract Sony currently employs with Activision where Activision gets a larger split of the digital income.

Maybe Sony will actually drop the marketing agreement...
