Honestly I'd just get 7600 with an iGPU. While most people won't use it, when you need it, it will be very handy.

Lots of interesting comparisons but the battery part is interesting. While both have similar battery during high demanding game, when running low demanding game, the Steam Deck has nearly 1 hour 30 minutes extra which is a massive difference despite both running at 15 watts. The ROG ally is running the screen at 1080p but in theory, because it's such a lite 2d game, shouldn't matter too much.
