#Microsoft #Activision - seeing some speculation that the FTC's pause on its case (almost certainly coming today) raises potential of settlement talks.

It's true the pause will allow Khan to pick up the phone to Brad Smith, because it removes the firewall that applies under Part 3 procedures (would love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation).

What's Microsoft's incentive tho?
