FTC can't do anything at this point.

• Their internal court will take months to decide and has no power, it's only a recommendation.
• The appeal will fail, it's incredibly hard to get 3 judges to side against 1 judge on the basis of that 1 judge applied the law wrong, especially after those 3 judges just slapped down FTC's motion for stay so easily and they need it to be a 2/3 decision.
• They could appeal to the supreme court which would be fucking hilarious.

I can't remember the exact dates but I'm pretty sure CMA will issue their decision way before FTC gets another chance at Microsoft.

Thats good, I just hope the cma or this judge doesn't try some last minute wild card bs this coming week
