I like most of your list, but there's one franchise I would never put in my top 10.

Tetris (Gameboy) was maybe the first game I ever played along with Marble Madness, but also one of the worst games of all time. It's not even an average game, but a terrible game and so overrated. I played several versions and none do anything to make it interesting. It's one of those nostalgia games that doesn't hold up in any way, but people like because it's a "classic" although I think it was never good. Even as far as puzzle games go, it's just way too simple and boring. Tetris Effect's high metacritic score is mind boggling. There's countless games I think are overrated and don't care for, but it's like comparing not liking Magic the Gathering to not liking Tic Tac Toe.

Understandable, that's why it's at 10.

However, Tetris is technically the best selling single game above Minecraft just from mobile. It had more than 450m downloads before going free, although it was like $1.99 each. Minecraft also includes mobile purchases so it is fair. Tetris also left a huge impact to the industry while maintaining a decent status.
Simple yet complex at high level, a game anyone can enjoy. Just like Rubiks cube, it has a strong following with a pretty intense competition. It is still played by many people today and could be considered the best puzzles in history.
The minus for tetris is revenue, by far the worst in the top 10.
Hate it or love it, we can't deny it's one of the most prominent game franchise in history.
