This deal should benefit those who don't even care for ABK as well, in ways they won't notice but still. Minecraft and now King + COD will in effect basically be funders of the Microsoft Gaming division, all the money ABK brings in will help Microsoft Gaming stand on its own two feet even further and reinvest that money back into itself, which could come in the form of new features, new exclusives, etc.

Won't change much for the Xbox console in the short-mid term but will definitely be a major development for Xbox as a whole.
