Unless the motion to the court of appeal is also denied which should make Judge Corley's judgment effective immediately I think. But IDK if that's realistically happening today and anyway the small time window it will give MS and the short notice would make that impossible to be exploited effectively, So yeah in all cases, Monday it is at the earliest.
