They have literally one day for both courts to weigh in on this, otherwise the deal is cleared for landing in the US.

I have never seen a case play out like this before so I’m afraid I can’t immediately point you to how they have dealt with this in the past.
Courts should honestly just ring each other up like "don't we have better shit to do? deny the stay, bye"
