Very unlikely, The Right already set their eyes on the FTC and this exact case as a boogeyman for the Biden administration so I think they're just gonna, for the first time in this case, sit down with MS and actually sought resolutions out of court just like the CMA are doing right now.
If the CMA themselves have toned down their litigation so soon following this court case it's because they have been told of the result by the FTC themselves yesterday and the FTC must have told them they were not seeking to appeal or else it would make no sense for the CMA to step down as well.
