The EC once again shows that they're the best regulator 👀
The FTC is a complete joke, loss after loss, they had over a year to build up a case and presented a downright awful one.
CMA can't even stand by their decision, blocked it on stupid reasons, made a major maths mistake, bitched at EU for approving it but then immediately caved when FTC loses, Lol. They were definitely hoping that both EU and America would block the deal.
CMA/FTC got clowned, EC must be feeling pretty good about themselves right now, Lol.
Judge Corley showed a better understanding of the gaming market than both CMA and FTC combined. Props to her, she was awesome and completely on the ball during the trial.
Sidenote: She also considers Switch to be in the same market
