I doubt anything will come of it, but even the Judge recognizes what Sony's doing with their market leader status. 

There's a LONG redacted passage after a mention of Sony's use of market power when it does partial-exclusivity deals with 3rd-party game makers. Some of that may come back to haunt Sony for many years!
