Is it because of the Xbox version on how it performed or just the game in general?

So far from all the Ys games I've played - Origin is my 2nd most favorite (story wise) but gameplay wise I think its the best.

It is so boring, no towns, no npcs, not really any kind of exploration basically you just go in that tower dungeon thing and fight your way trough (while the combat isn't that great either) and you do this for almost 10 hours and then you have to do it again with another character.  I really hoped i would enjoy it but was really dissapointed.
